Safety instruction that people remember
Good instruction explains not only the rules but why they matter. I instruct your employees clearly and with reference to their tasks, in Bremen, Weyhe and Lower Saxony.

Frequently asked questions about safety instruction
How often must instruction take place?
Before starting work and then at least once a year (Section 12 ArbSchG, Section 4 DGUV Regulation 1). Young workers at least every six months (Section 29 JArbSchG). In addition whenever things change.
Does instruction have to be documented?
Yes. Record the date, content and participants. For hazardous substances, employees confirm the instruction by signature (Section 14 GefStoffV).
Who gives the instruction?
The duty lies with the employer. In practice, managers often give it. As a safety specialist, I support with content or deliver the instruction.
What about employees with limited German?
The content must be conveyed in an understandable way (Section 4(2) DGUV Regulation 1, Section 12(1) BetrSichV). We discuss in advance how to achieve this in your team, for example with plain language and pictures.
